Based in Paris, David specialises in upstream and downstream oil and gas work and energy projects, advising governments, major oil companies and other multinationals. David has particular experience in the Middle East and North and Sub-Saharan Africa and is a regular speaker on investment issues in these regions.
As the Head of the Oil & Gas Group at Eversheds, Stephen has developed the reputation of the team over the years and has established himself as a leading lawyer in the sector. He is stepping down from the role to focus on continuing to build Eversheds’ international shipping and commodity trade practice.
