Kim Høibye joins as a partner from Danish firm LETT and will lead the Eversheds Copenhagen Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team. Highly regarded by the industry and rankings such as Chambers and Legal500, Kim advises on financial regulatory, capital markets and financing matters. He has considerable experience in establishing and operating investment vehicles and collective investment schemes (UCITS, hedge funds, etc) and also does IPO and private placement work.
As a qualified Chinese lawyer and fluent mandarin speaker, Diana Huo Sørensen joins the Copenhagen office as a Legal Consultant, advising on the growing Chinese investment in to Denmark, and Europe more generally, and Danish companies on Chinese legal matters. Diana specialises in Chinese commercial law matters, including commercial contracts, corporate transactions and employment law and prior to joining Eversheds, she was a partner at Guangdong Guozhi Law Firm.
