Listed on the London Stock Exchange, Hampson provides added-value solutions in tooling systems, manufacturing and supply chain management to many of the world’s most respected and innovative companies.

The shims business manufactures and supplies shims for the assembly of aerostructures and high-precision industrial equipment, it accounts for the vast majority of the Aerospace Components & Structures division. Following the Disposal, the Group will comprise predominantly the Aerospace Composites & Transparencies division, which is entirely US-based and comprises five businesses which have all been acquired by the Group since December 2004.
