The Bournemouth Development Company LLP is a 20 year joint venture partnership between Morgan Sindall Investments and Bournemouth Borough Council established to deliver residential and mixed use schemes in Bournemouth across 16 sites. The projected development value for these schemes is £350m to £500m.

Morgan Sindall was selected following an OJEU procurement and Eversheds advised throughout the bid process and will continue to provide on going legal advice.

Eversheds Partner Kuljeet Hothi led the team alongside real estate partners Stephen Sorrell and Anthony van Hoffen. The team provided a full range of services to Morgan Sindall.
