Control Risks provides advice and support when working in hostile or complex business environments to many of the world’s leading corporations, governments and non-governmental organisations. The deal involved NVM arranging and leading a syndicate of investors to purchase the stake from 3i Group PLC, which has exited in full.

The Eversheds team was led by Head of Private Equity Richard Moulton, supported by Solicitors Jon Gill and Michael Dennison. Dominic Ely led the investment for NVM and has joined the Control Risks board.
