The UK government has been working with a range of partners to develop voluntary guidelines on gender equality reporting. The new initiative aims to improve awareness and understanding of workforce equality to bring about change in organisations through a flexible approach, allowing employers to choose the measures that make sense for their business.
John Heaps, Chairman at Eversheds, is chairing the event and presenting the firm’s transparent approach to gender reporting which has been commended by the Home Secretary.
