Paul joined Eversheds in 1998 and is the Head of the Leeds employment team. He specialises in the employment aspects of acquisitions and mergers, particularly TUPE, restructuring and re-organisations. Paul also has a special interest in advising on executive terminations, restrictive covenants and industrial relations issues.
This appointment follows the recent announcement that the current Senior Office Partner in Leeds, Keith Froud, will be taking on the role of firmwide Company Commercial Practice Group Head.
