In addition, Holly Short, an Associate who worked with Marc Meryon on employment and industrial relations matters at Bircham Dyson Bell will also join Eversheds.
Commenting on his appointment, Marc Meryon said:
“Eversheds has an enviable reputation for its expertise in employment and labour relations. I am excited about joining their London team and helping to develop their outstanding UK client base as the pace of organisational change quickens and industrial action becomes an increasingly prevalent problem for employers.”
Martin Warren, Head of Eversheds’ Human Resources Practice added:
“As Britain faces potentially the most sustained campaign of industrial action since the 1970s, it is timely that we are appointing a formidable and highly regarded expert in this area to help service the needs of our clients. We already have a very strong labour relations team and adding Marc who is an outstanding lawyer will help attract additional ‘bet the company’ employment and labour work.”
