Taylor Wimpey will work closely with Harworth to promote each of the sites, located across the UK, through the planning process with a view to achieving planning permissions for residential development. Projections indicate that the sites will generate around 4,000 housing units over the next ten years.
Taylor Wimpey purchased the sites from Harworth for an initial £10 million, but with provision for payment of further monies when planning permissions for the sites are obtained
