Waterlogic is a leading manufacturer and global distributor of mains attached superior quality point-of-use (“POU”) drinking water purification and dispensing systems designed for environments such as offices, factories, hospitals, hotels, schools, restaurants and other workplaces. These incorporate some or all of the following technologies: carbon multi-filtration systems, UV technologies (either in the cold water tank or at the faucet/tap through the application of the Group’s innovative Firewall UV system), reverse osmosis and BioCote® anti-microbial protection technology. The company intends to use the proceeds to fund its strategy for growth, make acquisitions and to develop and exploit further its Firewall UV technology.
